Disappointed..hoping Beyond Luxe will do the right thing

I was so excited to get by Cartier love bracelet in the mail. It did not disappoint – beautiful and very authentic looking ! Unfortunately, less than a month later it has broken , fallen off my wrist while driving. Couldn’t believe it ! I have reached out to the company for assistance with exchange , or refund – praying they do the right thing ! I just saw their policy states “10 days” – how could they possibly not exchange this after 3 weeks ? I have faith the company will do the right thing – keep you posted !

No instructions on how to put the bracelet on. No one available to chat, and the email given for support/refunds does not exist!!!

It’s very cute however it a bit big, little hard time try to make an exchange at the moment. Service is not that great hopefully I get the correct size soon without any issue
