Refund Policy

By placing an order at you agree to the terms of our Return Policy. Items can be returned within 10 days from the purchase after coordinating with our Customer Service team. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and It must also be in the original packaging. 

  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card, or for an exchange of the same or similar product.

To start a return, you can contact us at A RMA form must be completed with all returns. Unauthorized return packages will be refused. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, shipping charges are not refundable. Please send us an email with the name, email & phone number used to place the order and the reason for your return/exchange. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your items.

*Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.*

No Return on Earrings! All earring sales are final! we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on customized jewelry and earrings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


How do I change or cancel my order?

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at: and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period of time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled. Orders are usually shipped out the same day. 

How long does a replacement or return take to process?

We review claims within 24 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, replacement generally takes 7 – 10 business days to arrive.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email  and send your item to the return address on the label. 

*Beyond Luxe will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we made an error. For example: if we were to send you the incorrect item.

*BOGO orders refund request, the FREE Promo Item must be returned as well, otherwise we could reject the refund request*
